The ECU is near the floor level. I would want to know if it was replaced. Or would remove it and open up the case for an inspection.
Concern for stuff below the ignition key.
Do you know the water level? If salt water, run a away.
Note that if you get this vehicle, you might not be able to insure it. Many policies will not pay out for damage to a salvage vehicle.
You probably will not be able to get a used vehilce warranty.
