The 94's and 95's are at an expensive phase if the things that wear out have not been renewed previously. I would expect to be budgeting for at least $1000/year for maintenance, not including tires and general services such as coolant/lub/filters/belts etc.

Just the AC could cost well over that amount.

There is a sight glass in the AC lines, remove the grill to see. The amount of bubbles in the flow when the compressor is engaged tells you a lot about the state of the charge etc. And if the fluid is not water clear, that indicates that someone else put a tracer die into the system to try to trace a leak... indicating previous problems.

The engine rear seal is probably getting near its end of life. Check for engine old drips or seapage at the bell housing drain dimple.

See if you can get a service history from the VIN number at a dealer. In the US you can do this at any dealer.
