My rear brakes are in need of renewal. The rotors are rusted, so my braking power back there is not too strong. My parking brake does not work very well either. It'll hold the car from going backwards, but not so well forward. And in the past week it seems that it does not immediately fully disengage when I release the handle.

I know that I need new rotors and pads. But what internal hand brake components are most likely needed? My mechanic can't tell unless he takes it apart, and my current setup is so badly rusted that he wouldn't be able to put it back together. So I have two options: Replace rotors and pads, inspect hand brake components at this point. If they have gone south, replace at a later date, and survive with no hand brake in the interrim. Or get internal hand brake parts now assuming that it is all shit inside. Replace everything in one go.

If I wanted the hand brake parts, where can I get them? Eeuroparts has just rotors and pads from what I have seen.
