Sounds like you are just asking for an opinion, so i'll give you mine (though I usually wouldn't just spurt my opinion for no reason like that), so anyway:
I think it's gimmicky. I thought about it (a month ago) and looked at some cars in the safeway parking lot whenever i saw one with cross drilled and just thought, visually...it looks too uhhh...i wish there was a more PC way to say this, but "ricer" I guess is the only word that comes to mind. If you want that street racer look (coffee can exhaust, UV underlighting) then yes, get cross drilled. Or if you actually feel you need the extra cooling from all your super fast accelerating to super fast braking in the city, then maybe get them. But the stock zimmermans are good enough for Saab and are good enough for me...I for one can't tell the difference from inside the car, but I'm a fairly conservative to mildly aggressive driver.
