I have had most of the same problems as you at just 92,000 Km. (60 K Miles). I have a 97 900s, so I don't have a DI cassette and BCV, and my struts are still holding out. My engine died at 55 K miles! In addition I have had a slew of annoying minor problems. I am convinced that the quality detoriated to "under average" when Saab introduced the NG900 series. That's a real problem since the parts are very expensive and the dealerships are generally poor here in Toronto. Now, if you are a DIY person and you maintain your car very well, I think it can still be a very enjoyable vehicle! Otherwise, I can't recommend the 94-97 model years to anyone.
