Mounting component speakers in 900SE...

I was wondering what you would do in order to use a component setup in the front with 2 x 6.5 and 2 tweeters. I am assuming that doing the following should work:
1. Attach the 6.5's directly to the stock amp already in the system.
2. Run the tweeters through the crossovers and mount them in some type of mounting plate that will hold them in place to be mounted in a standard 3.5 hole; using the 3.5 speaker as a template.
For the front, I am considering:
Blaupunkt PCC1650 6.5" 180W Component System ($53 USD)
or
Clarion SRS1624 Phaze 1 6 1/2 Separate Speaker System ($78 USD)
For the back 6x9's:
Blaupunkt PCXT693 210W 6x9" 3-Way Speakers ($38 USD)
Clarion ????
Just trying to see if I can get things done relatively "inexpensively" because I don't really believe in audiophile level equipment in the car (too much noise to really get the nuances).
In either case, I'm still mulling it over because I could go the non-component route and leave the stock 6.5's in the door and just go with the 3.5 and 6x9:
Infinity:
front: $40
rear: $70
Infinity Kappa:
front: $60
rear: $100
MB Quart:
front: $50
rear: $95
Could someone (anyone) let me know if there's a difference putting together different brands front and rear. I am just thinking that tonal quality would be more consistent within brands as compared to mixing them up.
Thanks,
Theo
