Gas cap tight?
Have you cleaned the IAC valve? Any time idle gets wierd, thats a consideration.
Maybe with all of the work on the rear axle the ID is acting up to get some attention.
Check the bolt torque for the sway bars after a bit. Stainless will yield more readily than high strength steel bolts. I had stainless bolts, 8mm, replaced with 10mm steel. But the SAS bar imposes high twisting loads on the bolted joint. The flat sections on the stock bar decouple some of the twisting that the bolted joint would otherwise see. But perhaps the two stock bars doubled up will be fine. Ready to try three of them?
