but I don't see how that would affect cold starts.(?) I don't recall the tube size for the vacuum lines, I just pulled them off and took them to the auto parts store and got the ones that looked closest, they only had SAE not metric, but no problems so far, FPR took a small, "fuel line" hose, SAI took medium, and PCV body took a larger one, so you'll need samples of all three. the one I replaced to the FRP (along with 2 90deg. elbows) also seemed a little plugged (I checked by blowing through it), but its a very small diameter, so maybe thats why it seemed plugged. The manual doesn't have the specs, neither does alldata.
