jim,
i think that the rear speakers in your car are 6x9's, the one's in the door can be replaced with 6.1/2in speakers, in your dash are probably 3.1/2in speakers. I would suggest however if you change the rear speakers to change the one's in the dash, trust me you will hear the difference in sound quality. Also some suggestions for good brands of speakers, try the infinity kappa series: model #32.5(3.1/2in) & 693.5(6x9in), I replaced my factory speakers with these speakers and i would highly recommend them to anyone. I couldn't believe the sound difference. However the 6x9 replacement speakers are going to have to be installed from the bottom, because they are slightly to big to drop in, but it will work.
as for 6.1/2 door speakers you can try a variety, depends on what type of sound you are after, the alpines x series are good or the focals definetely high end, or rockford fosgates or jl audio, all make good quality mid range speakers. depends on the amount of $$$ you are willing to part from. good luck!
