More on the irregular idling...

I know we've been talking this one to death - idle roughness when putting into gear in an automatic 2.3L - cycles up and down and eventually settles out.
But tonite I moved the Saab after my son got back from school. It sat about 45 mins or so. I started the car and it ran real rough for about 10 seconds, then smoothed out a bit, then into gear it REALLY started to cycle up and down and up and down. Pulled out of the driveway and gave it gas, and it ran like a champ. After a 5 minute run, the idle was smoother, although it still had a bit of the unevenness.
So - this may (hopefully) help to narrow things down. Two items that come to mind are the fuel pressure valve, or the TPS. I don't think it's a vacuum leak (I've replaced almost all of them) or the AIC (it's new). But it could be it's flooded the cylinders due to leakage after that short time, or maybe not detecting proper throttle location.
Any ideas appreciated!
