Did the service include a coolant change?? If so, your car may have coughed up an air bubble. The 2.0 litre engine is famous for being a bear to burp. I've had that issue before with my '95 SEt (206K). Usually, it's nothing to worry about--the air has displaced some coolant. Just replace what's missing and keep driving. Dean's advice is sound as well. Heater hoses usually are the prime targets for leaks. If those hoses are all original, you may want to consider replacing them.
I can't help you with the struts--the ones in my Saab are original to the car (!!) and are still in decent shape. We do have some Bilsteins on the way for her--this winter (south of Boston) has been horrendous. Suffice it to say that if the car is wandering, you may have an alignment problem as well as a strut problem.
Good luck!
