They'd rather sell you a Pontiac than a Saab. Most of their salespeople know squat about Saabs (but can run on at the mouth all day about Jeeps.) Want a brand new Saab? Go to Shaw Saab in Hingham. Prices are good and the staff is knowledgeable. Best of all, Fred Shaw, Jr started out working for his dad as a mechanic--he's a real Saab guy. Want used?? Visit my mechanic (Mike Connelly at ConnTech Automotive) in Warwick, RI or my other friend, John Naylor of the Auto Barn in Plainfield, Ct. Mike just recently got some used NGs and has a few that he's parting out. John gets them in various stages (used, crashed, auctions) and sells them very reasonably. He always has at least three or four NGs around--plus 9000s and some 9^3s.
