Are you going to tell us the name of this establishment? I would love to avoid them like the plague. I'm in NH and will not have to go to anyone for an oil change until next winter, as it will be "warm" enough for a quick oil change soon in the driveway. Next year, I want to make sure I don't go to the "quickie-screw" you went to.
