HELP! Repairs = $3,500 -- Am I being hustled?

1997 900 SE Turbo Convertible - Automatic
Okay, so I thought I just had this coolant leak in my car. I took it to my mechanic yesterday and he called me back late afternoon and told me to sit down, he had a LOOONG list of repairs that need to be done to my car (total for all repairs ~ $3,500). Since my knowledge of cars is basically nonexistent, could someone please let me know which things I absolutely NEED to have done and which can wait awhile?
RT FRNT, lower control arms bent, must be replaced (New: $672, Used: $457)
RT REAR rin has ding, makes wheels wobbly, must be replaced (New: $229, Used: $200)
Cylinder Head Gasket busted, hoses cracking ($90/hr x 11hrs = $990 + 110 (new head gasket) = $1100)
Transmission hoses cracked, leaking, must be replaced ($80)
Seat moves back on its own when ignition is turned on/off and/or door is opened - BAD COMPUTER, must be replaced (New: $900, Used: $500)
Tranny mount is broken, must be replaced ($192)
Brake pads are worn down to last 5 - 10%, must be replaced ($175)
Serpentine belt is cracking, must be replaced ($300)
Muffler pipe must be replaced ($300)
