I agree completely with M. Tilley--replace it! The labor cost is basically sunk at this point; the t-belt kit list for about $380. If you're exhausted by the car, at least you could sell it and demonstrate to a buyer that it's well-maintained.
I'm a little confused, though. Michael P is a frequent V6 post-er and quite knowledgable about the engine. It seems to me that he would know about the redesigned pulleys and would have surely had these installed before now. Is the supposedly redesigned/new style conking out? Once you've got the prognosis, can you give us a history of your timing belts & pulley?
BTW, I just looked at the engine diagram. M. Tilley is right. The timing belt kit includes the large one-piece "bracketed assembly" (upper adjusting roller and the tensioning roller) and a lower idler pulley. The only other things the t-belt goes around are the 4 camshaft sprockets and the crankshaft. No other pulleys, I believe.
