You need to:
make sure the plugs are good, (for turbos NGK BCPR6ES11's gap to .035"), always remove and inspect plugs when you have problems, there condition reflects whats going on in the combustion chamber. For non turbos, clean the spark plug wires and boots, distributor cap, rotor, coil face. Remove the cap to clean the rotor, clean inside of cap. Any oil inside the cap? Clean the top side of the plug insuators while they are out.
clean the injectors, Techron Concentrate
check battery electrolye, adjust with distilled water 2 or 3 times/year
If problem persists.
clean the throttle body, mild solvent on a cloth works well
clean the IAC, you need to remove and clean with carb spray... away from your paint! Search for cleaning details, search for drs<underscore>install, replace <underscore with '_'. Do not ever refer to this seach keyword as xxx_install in a post.
If the above fails the TB throttle stop might need to be adjusted... rare!
