Checked everything coming off the TB, cleaned it, lubed the pivots, o-ring, reseated, reclamped, etc. R&R the TB sensor and cleaned the contacts. Put everything back together - no more high idle - now it doesn't want to idle at all! Looking at the IAC, it stays just a tad bit open all the tim - I think it went from sticky to stuck. If I loosen the output side and gradualy intoduce a leak, the idle picks up fine.
I guess I need to start shopping for a replacement IAC - I am fairly confident everything is working the way it is supposed to now.
