You can apply 12V to the low speed coonection and confirm operation. If that works, the you know that the A/C function is not delivering 12V to operate it.
There is a low speed fan relay. You need to check that out. It takes power thru a 40 amp fuse. The highspeed fan takes power from a 30 amp maxi fuse in the under hood fuse box. Both of these fuses connect directly to the battery. The ICE module control controls the coils for both relays.
I don't have a reference for the A/C pressure switch wires. You could trouble shoot from these if you had documentation.
Some had the wires at the pressure switch fail, presumabley from the wires flailing in the wind and from pressure washers. I tied down these wires so that they were not able to move about.
So check the fuses and the relays. If the high and low speed fan relays are the same, swap them and see what happens. Relays can be opened up and checked visually. The coils can be checked for continuity etc.
