After accident question

Hello Saabers!
I just had an accident on my 96 900S and the guy hit me exactly in the left front wheel on the 90 degree angle doing a lot of demange to my car. My insurance covered the repairs and I just got my car back today. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I am very happy with the repairs.
They replaced only one tire (my other front tire is pretty weared out), and did the balancing and allignment. Nevertheless, when I drive fast, I have a strong pull to one side. Should I demand a new tire for my other front wheel or should I just make them redo the allignment. How safe it is (does it make sence) to drive with one new front tire and with the "pretty weared out" tire on the other side. Any suggestions or recommendations?
Thank you!
Alex
