Cooper Zeon tires with Ronal R7s in 205/55-16 are tough to break. A little trammlining (sp? is that right?) on the highway, but rides quiet and smooth. Corners are solid, especially with that SAS!
Oil change needed the lube guys to remove the bolt as I posted down below. My problem, as mentioned, was that I started with a 12pt 13mm socket. I did use a pipe around the wrench, tried vice grips, etc. to no avail. It all turned out to be a learning experience for the next time, which I think is the point of this board - to help ease the experience and share. I now have Mobil 1 0w40 in there with PureOne filter.
I still can't get that stinkin' amp and speakers in the doors to work. Checked all connection, determined amp IS getting power, but no sound from them.
Silence removed, and I am actually boosting almost half way into the red in third and fourth (although maybe I am just trying harder). I do LOVE hearing the turbo whistle a bit more on boost! I know, just a patch until it's time for the Viggen intercooler.
Just did the airbox mod with KandN, and it is late, so no impressions until tomorrow after work. Looks pretty good, and sealed with some Super bond plastic adhesive stuff (it stunk!), which seems to have done the trick. I might pull it out next weekend to check on things maybe paint it (and insulate it?). Might get to the TBT Cast porting then too.
