If there are not problems with caliper pistons siezed, slider pins siezed, indexing bolts siezed and stripped, wheels that will not come off or rotors siezed on the hub pilot diameter, 15-20 minutes per corner perhaps. Depends how quick they want to be. But often they charge a standard bucket of time that may not represent reality.

When the rear rotors are off, the p-brake mechanism should get some preventative maintenace to clean and lub slide points etc.

For everyday service drilled rotors do not have any significant advanage. As for years of service they may crack. They are often not silent. You can get standard aftermarket rotors for all 4 corners for $100US or less.

If you can get the original composition of pads they will last a long time, but I suspect that you will get the new ones that wear the rotors very fast and and turn the rotors into brake dust. I had EBC pads on my 95SET and they were a good improvement in performance over the original OEM pads.

If you DIY's the work you could have all new pads and rotors for around $200 $240 I guess. I do expect that the install labor will be more than you think. Call them and ask for an estimate to replace the pads, rotors and to lube the p-brake and tell then its with parts that you supply. Often they have a higher labor rate for that. And typically they will not warranty anything if its your parts.
