Giving TSN it's due. (semi-long) Posted by Gregg [Email] (#677) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Gregg) on Mon, 18 Aug 2003 17:23:41 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Well, tonight was the night I took yet another step towards being addicted to TSN and my Saab.
After much hemming and hawing about it I decided to jump in and convert to Synthetic 0W 40. In the last six months I've been considering it but was never sure whether my car was too high in mileage to convert, or which synthetic was the way to go. (I had been using Quaker State Peak Performance 10W 30; changing every 3000 m.) Man, there are tons on opinions on the subject. Anyway, I sucked it up and gave up on dino and want to thank the countless posts on the matter.
In the last six months I've, through reading the posts here begun to complete DIY projects ranging from fixing a stuck antenna to short-belt mod to cleaning my cabin air filter. Anyway this is the long winded way of saying thanks to all who contributed.
Next project, replacing all my coolant hoses, installing 82 degree thermo, change to Benz coolant. All in hopes of squashing that nasty leak occuring from somewhere!
