Haven't done this particular task, but I have walked all around it on other things. Obviously, the wires just pop off of the plugs. You will need to figure out how they come off the other end. Looks like they just pop off too, so the front is doable with likely no tools at all.
With that said, the hard part will be getting to the rear set of plugs. If you determine that there is no access (as I recall there wasn't) you will need to do some dis-assembly. Search this bb for my posts on replacing the leaking REAR valve covers. It involves removing the UPPER intake plenum, so you will need a new gasket for that (like $6-7). While you're back there, you might want to replace the rear gasket just as a precaution (it's probably leaking anyway)(like $20 for parts).
Don't know your particular DIY skills, but the rear is doable with some patience, good instructions, a set of male and female hex drivers and some wrenches, and a screwdriver.
