Remove headlight, take off the lens. Place your thumb on the outside top corner of the reflector (on the small flat part, not the concave area), wrap your fingers around the back of the gray plastic headlight assy. and squeeze hard until the three black prongs on the adjustment screw snap in to the hole in the reflector. I knocked mine loose when changing a bulb and figured it was do or die (either I'd fix it, break it while fixing it, or need a new headlight anyway because it wouldn't work how it was, so I had nothing to lose).
