Often in a hose is split at a hose barb, the hose can be removed, the end cut off, then pushed back onto the hose barb. Perhaps that was done.
The small PCV hose from the valve cover fitting, can age from the crankcase vapors. The hose can harden. If you try to remove from the PCV fitting in the valve cover, the fitting will break as it has turned brittle. You need to carefully cut the hose away from the small hose bark to avoid stressing the fitting. The hose runs to the TB, forward side and lower. Hard to get to. A screw driver can work it off of that hose barb. Take similar care with the in-line plastic check valve. Note the flow direction arrow on it.
The fuel system purge hose runs off of the on the RHS of the TB, towards the purge valve on the RH fender. Problems with it have been reported at the TB hose barb. Cracks or splits. Those can be on the underside where they are not easily seen. This hose is much larger than the other VAC lines. It is below the others.
