Saab shop that knows the V6 engine and have them look at it.
You might get away with rebuilding the cylinder heads and put new cam belt/tensioner on for about $2500-3000 parts and labor.
The crucial point is if the valve have hit piston so hard that the top of piston have collapsed and squeezed the upper ring stuck. In that case the bottom have to taken apart and it might be better to go with a used engine.
When the heads are off they can do a leak down test of pistons alone and determine the state of rings.
It is also crucial that they also inspect the belt sprockets and camshafts for cracks.
If pistons and camshafts turns out ok, they can replace the bent valves and maybe some valve guides and get it going again for the price mentioned above.
