Recalibrate ACC. But for your info the heat will only kick in when the engine is hot. When engine is cold the fan is at a low speed seting and the defrost is on these are the defaults settings for the ACC i never had a problem with them and i am in Montreal. Now if you want to change the default setup you can by reprograming the ACC. To do that set the ACC to the way you like it and then press the ECON button and the button to increase the fan speed. The background lighting will flash and to confirm the new setup
