Yes or no: the TB cover unsnaps, it's the thing cover next to (behind) the spark plug cover right? There is the throttle which you can pull and open the valve and clean that out with some solvent (gas or thinner or maybe brake cleaner) and just generally scrub around with a toothbrush. Is that the procedure for cleaning the TB?

This time using electronic contact cleaner or just compressed air and/or maybe a screw driver or sand paper to scrape off any ptting i may find on the dist cap contacts. Yes?

A lower "number" is that a reference to the plug model number or do you just mean "smaller gap"? If so, smaller than .024?
