Depends on condition of pin. If they're rusted up enough to interfere with pad movement, then I would suggest you replace. The pin redress kits are cheap, about $10 for both sides. Cover pins and spring with Never-seize when you re-assemble, as these pins are exposed and corrode badly (poor design IMHO). I have re-used before, but only when in good condition.
Each rear caliper has 2 moving pistons, so it could be the piston seizing on one side. Redress kits are available. You may be able to get an indication of how likely this is the cause by examining the condition of the dust seal with a flashlight with the pads removed. If this seal is ripped, then there is a chance that rust / dirt / brake dust has caused the piston to seize.
