The TB is heated with hot coolant when engine is at operating temp to avoid moisture build-up. If this malfunctions in some way, you will have ice in your throttle body, which can't be good.
Spark plugs, cap and rotor should be renewed if they have been in use for a while. The gold-palladium NGKs specs for this engine can last about 45k miles, then they become iffy. Cap and rotor should be replaced every 60k miles.
Another possibility is water in your fuel tank. Try some gas antifreeze (e.g., see link) but make sure it says "safe for O2 sensors and catalytic converters" on the bottle.
