Thanks for the advice. The battery is two years old, and the plugs were replaced last summer. In any case, I've had a battery charger hooked up over the weekend as all the attempts to start the car was draining the battery.
I did dump a bottle of Techron in on the first day, that supposedly has some water removal properties as well.
It appears that the TB / IAC cleaning helped a lot. I am able to start the car now, although its been a bit warmer the last few days. It is supposed to get quite cold tonight into tommorow, so we'll see how she holds up...
