I know exactly what you're going thru. When I lived in So Cal my car had dust-encrusted dew on it every AM. If I had the time I usually rinsed off the car and towel dried it. Otherwise I just left it but then I washed my car 2-3 times per week anyway.
In your case its hard to say definitively what to do. You could certainly use a QD every few days to remove the dirt as long as its not too heavy. Anytime you mix dirt, towels, and paint you run the risk of light swirl marks. Its an ongoing battle and the AM dew you experience is not helping your cause.
My suggestion would be to try it the way you described for a week or two and judge results and effort. If things look OK and you don't mind the frequent QDing (as well as the expense of buying QD all the time) then stick with it. If nothing else the frequent use of QD will mean you'll always have some protection on the paint, and that's good.
I hope my comments helped a little. Let us know how things go.
