If it's not too severe, you can try lightly sanding the scratches and then touch them up with a bit of paint. The toughest part will be getting the paint code for the wheels - your Saab dealer may have that info, or try http://www.paintscratch.com or a wheel refinishing firm.
Start with 1000 grit sandpaper and wetsand the high spots of the scratch, then move progressively to 1500 and 2000 grit sandpaper. Limit the area you're sanding as much as possible. Then move to rubbing compound to remove the final sanding marks.
Next, clean the area with de-natured alcohol, and wipe off all the excess completely. Apply the paint sparingly with a toothpick. Multiple thin layers are better than one thick one. Allow to dry between layers, and then dry before applying clear coat. Once the clear coat is dry, apply some wax or sealant (i like meguiars NXT on my wheels).
This seems like a lot to do, but this will help repair/disguise the damage without looking like a "hack job"
Good luck!
