Try some Woolite mixed with water (4 parts water to one part woolite) and a clean cloth. Dampen the area and then let set for a mintue or so, then lightly scrub with the dry clean cloth.
There are more aggressive cleaners, but I tend to err on the side of caution. Only be as aggressive as you need to be to remove the spot. Something too harsh may damage the seat.
If the woolite doesn't get it out, you may try some Shout or Spray-n-wash, but be careful of the leather.
