On a 13 year old car the important question is what does the windshield opening that is covered by the gasket look like?Tell me you see a rust bubble around your "A" pillars and I'll tell you you've got troubles.Call you local dealer and ask them who they use, then call them to come and pull the windshield out and go away til you call them back.Repair the rust you are going to find then have a new windshield installed. If you aren't a DIY then take it to a body shop you trust and let them repair the rust. The gasket is not what keeps the rain out.It just covers the gap and water does drain behind it.
