Removing the swirls and scratches will probably require buffing/polishing. On a black car especially this needs to be done just right or you will have buffing swirls that aree worse than the scratches you have now. Sounds like you need to find an experienced detailer to do the work. Ask around and get recommendations. Try posting on the Saab Club of Seattle (http://www.saabclubseattle.org/) for recommendations.
