Oh, I guess I should mention...I currently own the 2 stroke sonett, a 9-5 with ecu upgrades, a 9-3 viggen conv...over the years, I've owned v4 sonetts, 96's, a sonett III, a bunch of 99's, many classic 900's, and NG 900's with crappy cable clutches....I haven't used the handbrake trick since I started driving at age 16.
by far the tougest car to get going up a hill was the gt-750, but all the strokers take a bit of clutch slipping (I'm being kind) but still never required the handbrake.
