The 15" PB, 1GHz

This is the best computer I've ever had. Everything always works even if I leave it sleeping on long trips to "awaken" instantly hours or days later- like a Palm Pilot.
For non word-smith types the 12" is too small. The 17" is just too big to schlep about. It doesn't fit in most common travel-cases. If you really need more screen turf get a second desk top monitor & use side-by-side. I had planned to do this & bought the AVI to ADC adaptor, but used it only once to see if it worked- but I discovered it wasn't needed. ( i can make you a deal if you want one!)
Are you a student? The UCLA bookstore recently had the 15" 1GHz Superdrive PB for $1995.
My best guess is the Titanium 15" is soon to be replaced by a newer version- so they could get cheaper in the next few weeks.
I had an G3 600 iBook- that was a toy compared to the PB
