No pro here, but I do know certain surfaces will cause more squealing. Example Bricked sections of road. It likely means the pressure is low. I have high pressure on my tires and hardly ever hear them squeal.
Nevertheless on a viggen, especially with the 17 inch stock rims, I would check the pressure and make sure its on the high side despite the rougher ride. Mine are 41 front 39 rear right now. I just got some new rims to replace bent ones and when I got back from the dealer they set them to 36 F 32 R - too low for me and with those soft stock Viggen rims you risk bending them easier.
