you'll probably want to invest in some rubber isolation pads that will prevent vibrations from the AC unit from reaching your structure. The size of pad will depend upon the weight of the unit. Your installer should be able to put these in for you, but they won't be included in your quote. If it's a new install, you might also want to consider ensuring that none of the piping comes into contact with your building structure (pipes touching walls is a big problem, particularly in condos). Since it's a reasonably small unit, you probably won't have to go so far as to install isolated pipe supports, although you can if you want.
