provided that you're comfortable with routing your existing wiring un through your headliner and through the roof.
Possible places to find one:
1) dealer
2) scrapyard with '01-'02 9-3 hardtop
If it's similar to a roof antenna, it might be hard to remove without damaging the steel roof. From what I've seen, the roof mount antennas have steel clips that spring out once they pass through the sheet metal, making them difficult to remove without breaking some stuff. I'm not sure if a scrap yard would be cool with you taking a saw to the roof of a fairly new car, but it's worth a shot. Depending upon the clip design, you might be able to compress it with pliers and push it back out, but I'm not sure how Saab designed the shark fin.
