that is as reliable as a Toyota Echo with 77k on it. The Toyota has fewer components and is a very well made car. Dont buy the Saab (or Audi or BMW or Mercedes) - by your standards it (and any of the others) will nickel and dime you to death.
The Saab dealer asks more for their used cars because they can get more for their used cars. The number of customers that enter a Saab dealer looking for a Saab is many times higher than the number that go to a generic used car dealer looking for a Saab. Also, the Saab dealer will usually offer a better warranty than the used car dealer, and the cars are usually (but not always) in better condition.
