Hey guys (thanks Scott for allowing OT posts like this),

I'm chosing between 2 Olympus digital cameras (decision to go Olympus is in stone, I can get special prices)

I'm chosing between the C-50, and the C-750. I've put links below to the specs on each, but I'll give a quick rundown.

The C-50 is a compact style camera, but has a pretty good feature set, including manual shutter speed controls, etc. Its 5.0 megapixel. Has movie mode. Has 3X optical zoom, 4x digital zoom (so 12x total).

The C-750 is slightly larger, and has a more extensive feature set, manual shutter speed, hotshoe for flash, etc. Its 4.0 megapixel. Has movie mode, with sound. Has 10X optical zoom, 4x digital zoom (40x total). Comes w/ smaller memory card (16MB vs 32), though I'd upgrade that on both cameras anyway to 64MB.

Basically, is 4.0 megapixels good enough? That seems to be the one area where the C-50 beats the C-750. Is 5.0 vs 4.0 a significant difference?
