Yup...I was actually just in CT a couple weeks ago, in fact I grew up there...lived in Darien for 29 years before making the mistake of moving to Colorado 5 years ago. Drove my Aero out there from CO to register and leave it there as I'd have to do that at some point since we can only tow one car...which will be my wife's. We are actually considering living up in Woodbury....great place, affordable houses and nice safe clean environment. I am self employed, have some cash reserves...not more than say a year's worth. Work is dismal here in CO and I've had a bunch of offers out east already. I'd hate to carry 2 mortgages plus the bridge loan for too long. We actually are having an open house today, so we'll see what happens then. I just wasn't sure if there were any other ways out that would be easy. I'm sure I could drop the price of the house and lose the equity, but I think i'd rather hold off and see what happens first.
