Yesterday was Red850guy's adventure in Texas, and I'm pleased to report that it was a success, and he arrived home safely in spite of having carried thousands of dollars in cash. Silver 1995 9000 Aero is on its way north and should reach us in about two weeks. It needs about $3000 worth of work so things will be really interesting for a while as we figure out a strategy to deal with all that. (The best thing I can come up with right now is, go get a second job.)

This will be our third Saab. First one was the 1984 900 he was driving when we first met. That poor old car was tragically totalled in an accident (not our fault) in 1996. We got my 9000 about two years ago, and now we'll have this one. Too bad it won't be here in time for Swedish Car Day this year...but look for it in '05!
