I usually am not one to believe what I see on TV but - on a recent episode of MythBusters they were looking at several automobile myths. One that I'm not sure I believe is the sugar in the gas tank - they poured what looked like a gallon jug of white sugar into the gas tank and it didn't seem to cause any problems. It appears they were using an old carburated Cadillac motor.
Has anyone actually seen problems caused by this? Just wondering - it is one of those things that you always thought was true - now I'm not so sure.
