what do you hope to see ? Do you like the usual park with aquarium kind of places, flowers, Japanese Tea Garden....if so, then go to GG Park. It's big and you can't really do everything that it has to offer.
Also, may I suggest you go spend half an hour at the San Francisco Marina, visit Palace of Fine Arts and the neighboring Exploratorium (a hands-on all you can touch type science museum). While you're in that neighborhood, you may want to visit Legion of Honor where you get a different look of Golden Gate Bridge or go into the Art Museum if you are into that.
Just too many places and too little time .....
