Use sill seal, available from lumber yards and some home improvement centers.
If water infiltration is your concern, there are products made from an expandable clay (Bentonite) which are available in strip form. These are usually applied to seal the walls to the floor of a poured concrete vault to prevent water flow in or out. A concrete specialty company would be the source for these. These are called "water stops" rather than gaskets or seals.
