They've offered to repair, which is fine; I guess I'm wondering if we should ask that they do any additional favors for us beyond just repairing it... considering we will be without it for several days while it is in the shop, they've (in theory) compromised the resale value of the vehicle, etc.
Also, wondering if we should be taking the car to an independent body shop to do an estimate on the damage.
