I have one and it is a great camera. I got one with an all black body, a rare find.

It can accept wide angle and teleconverter lenses via an adapter.

Get a larger memory stick. If you get the 'pro' type, it will support videos and does a good job of that and also record very good audio.

It, like all small digital cameras is subject to problems with shake, mostly because these things weigh so little. Wrap your hands around it and hold firmly and your hands add to the mass and reduce shaking. When taking the picture, there is some delay, so press down the shutter release and hold it down ( don't release) for a second and hold still for that period of time. If you poke the release down and release up right away, you will not have good results.

In low light situations use the low flash or fill flash setting for better results, but you have to hold very steady to get that to work well.

Sony makes a few printers that do 4x6" prints with dye sublimation. The results are excellent. Note that not all do the same resolution to paper. At the time, the DPP-EX50 had the higher resolution. It does not have its own color LCD display, but for me, such is useless fluff and I print from my computer after adjustments and cropping etc.

I only print what I want to display. No need printing large numbers of prints to stick with all of the other film prints for someone to find when I die!

It uses AA rechargeable batteries and you should have a recharger with the camera.
